First of negative effects of porn addiction , you have to come to see what you are doing is really wicked.

You will need to first understand that you are wicked and watching a girl have sex is wicked rather than at all what God desires from you.

You have to come to a point where you hate the sin. You must come to a point where you could be confident to state to God you won’t ever do it again.
